Ingredients

500 g beef stir-fry spips

40 ml olive oil

2 tsp dry chilli flakes

2 large cloves garlic, sliced

Rind of 1 lemon, finely shredded

4 large spring onions, sliced diagonally

12 baby cos lettuce leaves, washed and pimmed

Method

  • Combine beef, oil, chilli, garlic, lemon and spring onions
  • Heat non stick wok on high heat. Cook small batches of beef mixture, stirring, for 2-3 minutes over high heat until well browned
  • Pile into baby lettuce leaves

Tips

  • Serve sprinkled lightly with salt flakes or thinly sliced red chilli
